I confirm I have read a copy of the Club Constitution and Codes of Conduct at www.bansteadvillagefc.co.uk and I agree to observe and abide by those rules and I accept responsibility for ensuring that those I bring to Club events (including matches) observe and abide by them also. A signed copy of the Code of Conduct for Parents/Spectators is attached. *
